      We’re looking for an amazing Senior Manager, Revenue Planning to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for leading the Revenue Planning Team in the execution of the multi-year revenue and occupancy forecast each month in collaboration with Product Teams and Finance with guidance from Senior Leadership. Oversee the weekly reporting of performance compared to forecast and previous year(s) for key metrics used to evaluate performance and guide projections. Provide regular reporting for the Commercial Team, Finance and ABG along with interpreting the needs of Senior Leadership in order to develop ad-hoc reports/analyses plus developing new meaningful recurring reports aimed at answering evolving, strategic business questions. Streamline and optimize processes to maximize efficiencies, sometimes independently and other times by engaging resources within and outside the department (IT, Data Science, etc.). International markets: pricing and promotion for our LATAM market, weekly reporting and multi market sourcing forecast.

      Responsibilities

      • Oversee the multi-year forecast of revenue and occupancy, by partnering with the Product Teams and Finance to deliver the monthly forecast used to drive revenue projections.
      • Includes consolidating risks and opportunities across our destinations.
      • Oversee weekly reporting for booked and to-go for various occupancy and revenue metrics, for current year and previous year(s).
      • Provide insights/analyses and communicate pertinent daily, weekly and/or monthly data/trends.
      • Oversee Global Sourcing forecasting and reporting.
      • Strategic and Ad Hoc Commercial Analysis and Projects, which includes creating models and reports that provide meaningful insight into past performance and future trends to support and guide decision making.
      • Collaborates with Commercial and cross-functional teams to answer strategic business questions and deliver actionable insights (such as the Travel Together Team).
      • Develop and maintain in-house forecasting tool -RFS 2.0. Includes setting the scope-of-work, overseeing and participating in the review and analysis of data and results, maintaining project plan and timeline and directing team members within and outside of the department.
      • Recruit, mentor and train team.
      • Effective annual review.
      • Drive Culture Essentials.


      Requirements

      • 3+ years’ experience in revenue forecasting and/or experience in the areas of forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
      • 5 years’ experience in project management
      • Previous management experience with at least one direct report
      • 5 or more years of Business Analysis & problem solving
      • Previous management experience with direct reports and/or managing outside resources/consultants
      • Previous experience working in finance
      • Previous experience working in a Business Evaluation role
      • Experience in travel, hospitality or entertainment
      • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other web-based applications
      • Proficiency using SQL Code
      • Proficiency using Tableau
      • Ability to effectively execute data mining of large datasets
      • Advanced presentation skills; comfortable speaking to/presenting to all levels of an organization
      • Strong analytical, modelling, and reporting skills
      • Strong leadership and team building skills
      • Ability to solve problems with creative solutions
      • Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
      • Excellent organization skills with extreme attention to detail
      • Excellent presenter and data driven story-teller
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to lead cross functional teams and build consensus
      • Resilience to keep projects moving forward while working with ambiguity

      • Base Salary Range: $ 99,900.00 to $ 134,800.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
