What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design compensation plans and programs to support the Go-to-Market strategy in collaboration with Business Unit Leaders
- Develop metrics to assess the success of the sales compensation program and present findings to Executive Leadership
- Create incentive compensation policies for various employee and customer engagement programs
- Facilitate training sessions on compensation strategies, policies, and practices for Sales Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to the sales organization, recommending solutions to compensation and performance-related issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or Business Intelligence in the software industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data science, or a related field
- Strong strategy, planning, organizational, and multitasking skills; systems thinker
- Solid mathematical proficiency with the ability to derive insights from data
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
