What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales Engineering team
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop strategies that accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates
- Maintain deep knowledge of aviation operations solutions and translate technical capabilities into business value
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing for effective solution positioning and insights
- Define KPIs for Sales Engineering performance and optimize processes for efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years in Sales Engineering or Technical Pre-Sales roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record supporting enterprise aviation software solutions
- Strong technical background in SaaS, cloud-native platforms, and airline system integration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with airline operations systems (OCC/SOC), crew scheduling, flight planning, and disruption management
- Experience with AI-driven predictive analytics or operational optimization tools
- Understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
