      About You

      As the Senior Manager of Service Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end process blueprint to support achievement and customer experience.

      You will need to have an innovative mind focused on improving for our global workforce. As a partner to our Sales Enablement & Process Service team, you will focus on the Sales Representative and Customer Experience and be able to work across multiple stakeholders to drive results.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Support sales strategies, processes, and objectives and leverage sales managers as agents of enablement

      • Work with operating units to ensure enhancement and tools are aligned with the global strategic needs of the business

      • Lead and support sales enablement tools adoption for the service business

      • Seek ways to improve and harmonize processes

      • Collaborate closely with the Sales processes team to develop and document end-to-end sales processes and standard work

      • Increase sales efficiency for service sales representatives and demonstrate measured results

      • Support key performance indicators through data-driven systems and support KPI dashboard

      • Collaborate with other functions as they create and distribute content to various sales resources

      • Support Regional Service Sales BP, OU/OA to deploy change management, process training, and how to leverage tools

      • Create a competency model for field/inside sales forces, as well as other supporting roles, through data analytics and reports

      • Manage potential external vendors and suppliers of enablement-related training and tools

      • 10% business travel is required

      What you will need to be successful

      • Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines

      • Minimum of 5 years of business experience (Minimum of 7 years of business experience, data, and analytics acumen)

      • Prior experience and success in the Service branch

      • A clear understanding of branch sales and their pain points is strongly desired

      • Demonstrated success working with multiple teams and departments to achieve project goals

      • Ability to interpret and create reports, flowcharts, schedules, budgets, and step-by-step action plans

      • Strong skills in time management, facilitation, organization, leadership, and governance

      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate across multiple regions

      • Desire and ability to work across international zones and countries
