      The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

      Role Overview:

      We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Senior Manager – Standards and Process Maturity to lead Enterprise Services/Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development, maintenance, and training; customer service SLA definition; and to help stakeholders seamlessly adopt new, automated processes as they are launched. his role will also focus on engaging with GRC and Business Unit (BU) Digital Technology (DT) stakeholders to understand their workflows, data needs, and automation opportunities. By identifying areas for process improvement and automation, this role will enable the organization to mature how it executes critical GRC services.

      This role is critical in ensuring the efficient execution of GRC processes and services but also to customer satisfaction, compliance, and cybersecurity activities.

      The Senior Manager – Standards and Process Maturity reports to the Associate Director – Cyber Security Control and will be responsible for managing and effectively communicating GRC policies, standards and guidelines across the organization to ensure consistent and effective implementation resulting in efficient operations and execution of critical GRC services.

      The role will require organization, executive presence, and the ability to lead through transformation, developing productive and successful partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders.

      What You Will Do

      Develop and Refine GRC Policies and SOPs:

      • Lead the creation, documentation, and ongoing refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient execution of GRC processes.
      • Develop and execute a long-term GRC policy and standards management strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

      Define and Monitor SLAs and Performance Metrics:

      • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer-facing and internal services, ensuring alignment with business needs.
      • Leverage tools like Power BI to design and publish dashboards that provide visibility into SLA performance, process efficiency, and key metrics.

      Drive Process Maturity and Automation Opportunities:

      • Engage with GRC stakeholders to understand workflows and data needs.
      • Assess the maturity of current processes and suggest/facilitate improvements to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and cybersecurity outcomes.
      • Recognize opportunities for process automation. Identify relevant policies and collect requirements for prioritization and capture by GRC Ops/Analytics & Automation.

      Facilitate Stakeholder Adoption and Collaboration:

      • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless rollout and adoption of new processes and automated workflows, minimizing disruption and ensuring alignment.
      • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to align standards, processes, and service delivery with business objectives.

      Develop and Deliver Training Programs:

      • Create and implement training plans to educate teams on updated SOPs, process improvements, and tools, driving compliance and operational excellence.

      Enhance Customer Satisfaction and Service Delivery:

      • Continuously evaluate customer feedback and performance metrics to identify and implement improvements that enhance service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

      Leverage CORE tools to champion and facilitate continuous improvement.

      Qualifications You Must Have:

      • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 10 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 7 years experience.
      • 7+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, process improvement, or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
      • Experience in developing, documenting, and managing standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and related process documentation.
      • Work experience must include Information Technology, digital policy management, digital governance, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
      • Experience in tools such as Power BI or similar analytics platforms for reporting and dashboard creation.

      Qualifications We Prefer:

      • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement and organizational change initiatives.
      • Demonstrated executive presence and influential leadership capability with the ability to interact with senior levels of leadership, including customers and peers across RTX.
      • Strong understanding of process optimization methodologies.
      • Ability to communicate with all levels of management verbally and written, facilitate effective meetings, build effective working relationships and partnerships, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
      • Strong team player, with ability to collaborate remotely.
      • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, creatively problem solve/troubleshoot, with the ability to exercise good judgement.
      • Certifications such as ITIL, Six Sigma, PMP, or related process improvement credentials.
      • Familiarity with GRC frameworks.

      Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories).       The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
