- Strategic Vision
- Develop MAP vision and build presentation for select product, client, and innovation topics in partnership with other stakeholders
- Create project briefs aligned with annual strategic objectives and ensure adherence across workstreams
- Provide thought leadership across Marketing and Communications department to recruit and engage team members with relevant aspects of brand strategy
- Project Management
- Define and manage deliverable timeline among stakeholders, and monitor progress & achievements
- Raise critical challenges as required with neutral and solution-oriented mindset
- Leverage acute management and leadership skills across corporate hierarchy to ensure project success
- Provide periodic strategic updates and reporting to corporate, network, and Executive teams
- Team and Organization Mindset
- Identify opportunities for junior team member support and build meaningful contribution plans to elevate key competencies and skills
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with peers and key partners locally and globally
- Lead by example in strengthening internal communications at all levels across the organization

- Foster curiosity and maintain a growth mindset
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Required experience
- 6-8 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Strategic Planning departments or in cross-functional roles
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience leading strategic projects with multiple and diverse stakeholders
- Personal skills: Excellent communications skills, high emotional intelligence, ability to influence without authority, motivated self-starter with a curious and flexible mindset

Job mission
The Senior Manager, Strategic Planning leads cross-departmental project management on major product and client-oriented initiatives throughout the year. A key contributor to the creation of the annual Market Action Plan (MAP), this position also guides the direction of the Maison’s long-term vision and goals from a Marketing and Communications perspective.

Base salary: $130,000 - $150,000, please note - salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
