      SALARY: $100,000-$118,750, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

      ROLE SUMMARY:

      The Vault is the destination for retail customers to uncover insights and collaboration on solutions that promote growth in the beer and alcohol category across all channels. By showcasing thought leadership and a collaborative attitude, The Vault, will solidify Anheuser Busch’s reputation as the preferred strategic partner in Total Alcohol.

      The Sr. Strategy Manager at The Vault will play a pivotal role in shaping the retailer narrative of Anheuser-Busch's category and portfolio strategies, redefining them into immersive and compelling modules that resonate with retailers. This dynamic and multifaceted role requires a category expert, strategic thinker, a creative visionary, and a proactive project manager. This role will collaborate closely with category development, marketing, brand insights, and agency partners to craft interactive customer experiences within The Vault that showcases our category thought leadership and industry leading insights.

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Craft strategic narratives that effectively communicate our category and portfolio strategies. Work cross functionally to gather supporting insights and utilize storytelling skills to convey complex concepts in clear and engaging ways.
      • Brainstorm ways to use cutting-edge technology in The Vault to enhance the overall experience
      • Design each experience with assets that bring module to life including script, room location, technology integration and facilitated work sessions.
      • Lead the creative direction for Vault modules, working closely with creative agencies to execute the visual design, ensuring that our commercial and category strategies are translated into immersive and visually captivating experiences
      • Project manage assigned modules including ongoing communication, stakeholder alignment, delegating tasks, timeline management, and overseeing budget.
      • Support Vault visits, including content tailoring, execution of modules, sampling initiatives, operations coordination, and presenting content.

        JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

        • 4 yr bachelor’s degree

        • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the CPG industry in US; has held roles across Category Management, Business Strategy and/or Marketing
        • Familiar within syndicated data, planogram solutions and retailer data
        • Open to traveling within the US for work purposes
