What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with supply chain counterparts at CMOs and internal BMS stakeholders
- Participate in meetings with the Virtual Plant team and lead supply chain meetings with CMOs
- Act as a point of escalation for various Supply Chain functions and ensure alignment on customer requirements
- Monitor and report supply chain metrics to drive performance improvement
- Review and communicate changes in CMO forecasts and supplier capacity constraints

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, supply chain, business, data science, or information systems
- 5+ years of supply chain experience in a global manufacturing and supply environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and related data analysis tools
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Understanding of Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management qualification/experience
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and regulatory operations
- Understanding of cGMP environment and pharmaceutical artwork management processes
