What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring goals
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

- Experience with unique hiring programs to establish diverse cohorts and talent mix
- Experience in a similar industry or sector
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
