What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of recruiters in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers for technical and non-technical roles
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and area leaders to meet organizational needs
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to optimize response rates and successful hires
- Utilize data to improve quality of hires and time-to-close, collecting data at every stage of the recruiting process
- Provide guidance to recruiters on career and compensation conversations with candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing for Engineering, Product, and Design roles
- Strong analytical skills and interest in optimizing sourcing efforts
- Experience tracking success and establishing metrics for recruiting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
