      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a primary resource for identifying, interpreting, and resolving emerging technical accounting issues across various corporate functions
      - Support the application of US GAAP standards and document conclusions in detailed technical accounting memorandums
      - Manage key aspects of the relationship with external auditors, including supporting audit planning and issue resolution
      - Serve as a liaison to centers of excellence, ensuring timely identification and resolution of material issues impacting financial reporting
      - Lead the adoption of new accounting standards as they are issued

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in technical accounting
      - CPA certification required
      - At least 10 years of financial statement audit and reporting experience at a public accounting firm and/or a large, multi-national public company, with 5 years at a manager level or above
      - In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and extensive audit experience
      - Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently develop innovative solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a global environment with complex accounting issues
      - Familiarity with SEC reporting and the preparation of Forms 10-Q and 10-K
      - Proven ability to collaborate with various corporate departments and senior management
