      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a key member of the Global Controllership team, addressing emerging technical accounting issues across corporate functions and businesses
      - Support the application of US GAAP standards and document conclusions in technical accounting memorandums
      - Manage relationships with external auditors, including audit planning and issue resolution
      - Oversee various projects ensuring the quality and consistency of accounting practices across business units
      - Collaborate with Investor Relations to align GAAP and non-GAAP reporting for SEC filings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10-12 years of experience in technical accounting roles
      - CPA certification required
      - Minimum of 10 years of financial statement audit and reporting experience, including 5 years at a manager level or above
      - In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and extensive audit experience
      - Strong ability to interpret and implement accounting standards

      - Experience at a public accounting firm and/or a large, multi-national public company
      - Complex judgment and interpretative thinking skills
      - Proven ability to develop innovative solutions independently
      - Broad understanding of corporate departments and their contributions to the company's operations
