      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee technical security operations, ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection regulations
      - Manage asset/inventory for technical security systems and maintain accurate records
      - Troubleshoot and resolve security applications and server issues in a timely manner
      - Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for security systems
      - Prepare and present reports on security status and incidents to senior management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in overseeing technical security operations, preferably in a managerial role
      - Strong knowledge of systems administration and security applications
      - Minimum of six years of related experience
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and vendors
      - Familiarity with change management processes and privacy regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is preferred
      - Experience in highly regulated industries
      - Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices
      - Understanding of security incident response and management
      - Continual learning mindset with an interest in emerging technologies
