What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage strategy-driven market research projects while ensuring compliance with internal policies and best practices
- Analyze market research data to provide actionable insights for strategic product planning and positioning
- Collaborate with product teams to create and manage budgets for primary market research projects
- Evaluate new data sources and research partners to enhance customer insights and marketing effectiveness
- Manage research vendors and resources while performing other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insight-driven qualitative and quantitative market research project management
- Advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with senior business leaders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of presenting complex analyses effectively
- Ability to solve complex problems and perform advanced mathematical computations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Recognized expertise in connecting and synthesizing analysis and data into strategic recommendations
- Experience managing diverse simultaneous projects with strong organizational skills
