What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead supply chain readiness and capacity initiatives for assigned commodities and suppliers
- Develop capacity models to quantify capacity, visualize constraints, and identify bottlenecks
- Create action plans to address capacity and delivery constraints in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Engage commodity leadership and stakeholders to report status, risks, and needed decisions
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for readiness and establish standard work processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management
- Willingness and ability to travel 15-20%, with potential surges up to 50% during critical periods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with composites or composite manufacturing
- Ability to prioritize strategically and deliver results under pressure
- Humble and receptive to feedback, with a strong desire to learn
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence direction and gain support for recommendations
