What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiological mapping and navigation systems
- Educate and train medical personnel on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping solutions
- Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac ablation products and related procedures
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to conduct customer training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
