      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct in-depth market research to define total addressable market (TAM), serviceable available market (SAM), and serviceable obtainable market (SOM) for nonprofit verticals
      - Develop and maintain detailed Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas for each segment
      - Analyze how organizations discover and evaluate software, identifying key purchase drivers and objections
      - Collaborate with the Product team to uncover insights that inform new features and product improvements
      - Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and present them to leadership and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-8 years of market research, strategy, or growth analysis experience (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or nonprofit tech)
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
      - Deep understanding of B2B buyer behavior and go-to-market segmentation
      - Familiarity with research and analytics tools such as Crunchbase, SEMrush, and Google Trends
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience researching or marketing to the nonprofit, faith-based, or education sectors
      - Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS company
      - Demonstrated ability to identify white-space opportunities and influence go-to-market strategy
      - Strong presentation and data visualization skills
      - A true team player dedicated to driving meaningful impact for nonprofit customers
