What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary analytical partner for the Marketing and Sales leadership teams, providing data-driven recommendations
- Develop and own the measurement framework for the customer journey for marketing campaigns
- Analyze the efficiency of paid media, content marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
- Implement and manage multi-touch attribution models to credit value across complex B2B sales cycles
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards to communicate campaign results effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or data science
- At least 2 years of experience in people management
- At least 2 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- At least 2 years of experience reporting in Salesforce CRM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
- Master's Degree or MBA with a quantitative concentration such as Statistics, Economics, or Business Analytics
- Ability to influence C-suite or SVP-level stakeholders through storytelling and data-driven business cases
- Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) environment, optimizing free-to-paid conversion paths
