What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute integrated event campaigns that drive registrations through various marketing channels
- Lead the development of conference themes and ensure consistent messaging across all materials
- Create toolkits and templates for stakeholders to promote events effectively
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to recommend optimizations and improvements
- Coordinate on-site deliverables and represent marketing in event planning meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent work experience
- 5-8 years of experience in B2C or association marketing with hands-on event and campaign ownership
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on conversion-oriented copy
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Salesforce and experience with digital marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Experience using project management tools like Monday.com
- Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization
