- Support in the delivery of a content engagement strategy including customer journeys and event programmes which leverage customer insight across multiple channels. Engaging stakeholders across the business including clinicians and account managers to ensure their collaboration.
- Support the delivery of specialist business marketing plans ensuring that communications are delivered to tight budgets and timescales.
- Engage relevant stakeholders such as product and digital throughout
- Key marketing point of contact on multiple projects to deliver against overall marketing strategies and regulatory requirements
- Build great relationships across the business and win the hearts and minds of the wider business units
- Deliver campaigns within timescale and budgets
- Work with the team to understand and challenge digital plans and strategies
- Lead and run campaigns and projects, identifying and resolving challenges.
- To think creatively and articulate clear and insight driven briefs to deliver the optimum creative solutions to achieve our business targets
- Maintain the budget tracker and update key stakeholders accordingly.
- Make sure all direct marketing communications are following the correct processes within copy clearance, legal, compliance and brand guidelines.
- Extensive management of agencies – brief, review and judge copy and creative, and help to deliver all direct marketing communications, both offline and online
- Great marketing experience gained either in-house or within agency
- Effective, persuasive stakeholder management skills
- Confident, compelling communication skills and the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders at the highest level
- A commercial, results-driven, customer-focused mindset
- Experience of the full range of marketing channels
- A collaborative team player who can succeed autonomously
