      Senior Marketing Executive

      Salford Quays

      Hybrid Working (up to 3 days WFH per week)

      Permanent

      Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

      £27,500 - £38,000 DOE + fantastic benefits

      The Senior Marketing Executive will assist the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager on delivering on the teams key KPIs, adapting and reviewing acquisition activities across our APC (Awareness, Preference, Conversion) framework, so that we meet our business targets (leads and sales). Digital expertise will be key to this role and a strong focus on media buying, performance and results are necessary.

      How you’ll help us make health happen:

      • To work closely with the digital team and understand each of our core digital channels social / display / PPC /SEO, to be able to challenge plans / strategies
      • To support the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager in ensuring regular reporting is being maintained and circulated to key stakeholders
      • To be able to lead and run acquisition projects that meet agreed commercial objectives and delivery deadlines to drive results.
      • To think creatively and articulate clear and insight driven briefs to deliver the optimum creative solutions for our content ambitions.
      • To lead on and create content to support business objectives and ensure content customers journeys are continuously optimised.
      • To ensure we align to our business strategy and ensure all communications fulfil our overall strategy objectives
      • To work with other members of the Marketing Team to ensure that all direct marketing communications are following the appropriate processes to adhere to copy clearance, legal, compliance and brand guidelines.
      • To brief creative agencies, review and judge copy and creative, and help to deliver all direct marketing communications (both offline and online)
      • To get buy-in from Finance, Legal/Compliance, Actuarial, Medical, Sales, Customer Services, Operations, Product Lines, Group Marketing and PR, Marketing Customer Communications, Marketing Insight, Marketing Propositions and Pricing teams as and when required

      Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

      • Highly results driven, with an ability to analyse and articulate performance of campaigns and make recommendations on how to optimise performance and learning for the future.
      • Multi-channel experience
      • Excellent interpersonal skills
      • A creative problem solver
      • Experience of digital content production and content engagement
      • Media agency experience
      • Experience in digital media channels especially programmatic and social media
