- Coordinate and lead all aspects of competitive proposal preparation
- Draft content for introductions, win themes, proof statements, and project teams
- Oversee proposal compliance, production, and on-time deliveries
- Assist with research and gather information for potential client projects
- Identify and coordinate the development of branding/marketing materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the AEC industry or 10 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe InDesign
- Exceptional planning, organizational, writing, and formatting skills
- Ability to create effective presentations and respond to client inquiries
