What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to achieve key business goals through various digital content and campaigns
- Create and manage marketing campaigns utilizing multiple channels, including email, SMS, and social media
- Project manage core marketing campaigns and oversee all execution elements
- Write and edit content for distribution across websites, emails, print, and social media
- Develop marketing landing pages and funnels using Wordpress and HighLevel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10+ years of experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns for a brand or agency
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO practices and tools
- Experience with paid media campaigns, focusing on return on investment (ROI)
- Strong understanding of social media strategies and best practices across various platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design (preferred but not required)
- Experience in lead generation and demand generation
- Knowledge of military culture and terminology used in marketing to veterans
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and reporting
- Strong design skills using Canva or Adobe products
