      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and drive strategy for clinical development programs within the neurology therapeutic area
      - Oversee clinical trial conduct, including interactions with CROs, medical monitors, and vendors
      - Provide clinical input for study design, data collection tools, and analysis
      - Serve as the internal medical monitor for clinical trials and contribute to the preparation of regulatory documents
      - Collaborate closely with the Pharmacovigilance department to ensure safety monitoring and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - MD (or international equivalent) with board certification or eligibility in neurology
      - A minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in neurology clinical research
      - Experience in conducting global clinical trials and regulatory submissions in the US
      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate multi-functional teams
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fellowship training in epilepsy and experience in pediatrics
      - Experience in regenerative cell medicine or gene therapy
      - Prior experience working with organizations in Japan
