Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator / Retail Sales Manager
Location: Texas (Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office options available)

The Role
As a Loan Officer or Sales Manager, you will:
• Originate residential mortgage loans and grow your referral network.
• Lead borrowers through the loan lifecycle with expert guidance.
• (For Managers) Mentor a team and drive regional production goals.
What You Bring to the Table
• Active NMLS License (Required)
• 2+ Years of recent mortgage origination experience.
• A proven track record of developing referral relationships
• Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations and a client-first mindset.
