      Bellisio Foods is seeking an experienced Business to Business (B2B) Sales Manager to join our team in Bentonville, AR.

      About the Position

      The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing our business with key clients, including Wal Mart and Sam’s Club. In addition, the selected candidate will also work with our co-manufacturing partners to develop innovative products.

      Responsible for driving sales and profitability of Bellisio Foods business through sales, merchandising, promotion, shelf sets, pricing, and products. This individual will report directly to the Vice President of Retail Sales and work closely with the existing team and shared functional resources (Analytics, Replenishment, Customer Marketing, Category Management, R&D, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Sales) to ensure the business strategies between Bellisio Foods, and the customer are aligned and delivered.

      Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

      • Sales Strategy: Build a Plan, work a Plan, execute a Plan, Review and Correct a Plan
      • Account Management: Retailer Private Label Sales, Co-Manufacturing Leadership, Account Growth
      • Customer Communication: Firm Company Stance on pricing and facility capabilities
      • Teamwork: Ability to Lead and Take Direction
      • Creativity: Ability to think out of the box with innovation

      Qualifications – Required:

      • 5 years of Account Management experience
      • Ability to travel up to three days per week
      • Valid driver’s license
      • US Passport and ability to travel internationally if needed
      • Ability to travel approximately 20%

      Qualifications Preferred (not required):

      • Frozen food experience
      • Continuous improvement experience
      • IRI / Nielsen POS data
      • Master’s degree
      • Spanish speaking
      • Strong communication skills
      • Proficient in MS Programs including MS Excel and MS Power Point
      • Experience in utilizing sales analytics
      • Strong background of sales knowledge including an understanding of sales funnels, processes, and functions

      Salary Range: $95,000 - $150,000
