      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a leader for assigned customers in the Food Class of Trade (COT) and collaborate on sales plans
      - Provide coaching and mentoring to 3rd party sales agents representing Galderma brands
      - Manage P&L, trade spend rates, monthly brokerage fees, and sales agency revenue forecasting
      - Deliver growth objectives and prepare compelling presentations for account calls
      - Utilize industry knowledge and network to expand the presence of Galderma brands

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university
      - 10 or more years of CPG selling experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
      - 5 or more years of mid-level sales managerial experience preferred
      - 4 or more years of experience in managing 3rd party sales agencies preferred
      - Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and active listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
