What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide senior-level nursing informatics leadership to guide workflow design and clinical content for Epic systems
- Collaborate with Epic leadership and nursing stakeholders to analyze workflows and gather requirements for standardized solutions
- Represent nursing interests in cross-functional workgroups and advocate for improvements in usability and safety
- Investigate and validate system and workflow issues, evaluating impacts and effectiveness of changes
- Develop end-user education materials and present updates at nursing and stakeholder forums
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Nursing and/or Health Informatics
- 7+ years of Registered Nurse experience in healthcare
- End user Epic experience
- Current or previous nursing informatics role
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ambulatory or inpatient oncology experience
