      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise customers on DFR site feasibility and launch requirements prior to contract execution
      - Own the customer readiness timeline through dock shipment, deployment, training, and launch
      - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure site readiness and customer training is completed
      - Develop and maintain customer-specific DFR readiness plans and launch checklists
      - Document launch configurations and readiness outcomes to support scalability and post-launch success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly with public safety customers in a consultative or operational role
      - Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
      - Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with executive leadership
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and timeline management
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience engaging with executive leadership such as Chiefs or City leadership
      - Familiarity with drone technology and operational requirements in public safety contexts
      - Previous experience in project management or operational roles involving technical deployments
