- Req#: 24196
- Lead planning, and governance, and oversee the delivery of Consumer organisation design and operating model projects.
- Advise and influence HR Directors and business leaders on optimal organisation and operating model designs.
- Input into key organization development projects, including the design of strategic skills and job architecture.
- Increase capability within the HRBP and wider business community on organisation design delivery, providing templates, tools, and coaching.
- Strong OD project leadership impacting thousands of employees.
- Excellent analytical reasoning, business acumen, and organization design expertise.
- Skills in building a case for change and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate key insights clearly to senior leadership and C-Suite executives.
- Proficiency in prioritizing, planning, and managing OD work effectively.

What Matters in this Role?
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead in OD and operating model initiatives, providing expert advice to senior HR and business leaders across our Consumer division. As a key influencer, you will lead a portfolio of OD projects, shaping an overall operating model aligned with the Consumer’s strategy, people plan, and the broader BT Group network and ambition. Your impactful contributions will ensure we have the right organisational shape and size to meet future business requirements.
