      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build, execute, and optimize paid Meta, Google, and Bing ad campaigns from conception to launch
      - Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
      - Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs and objectives
      - Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns and address performance or delivery concerns
      - Conduct in-depth keyword and interest research, ad grouping, and audience targeting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience developing successful, measurable integrated paid media programs for multiple clients
      - Advanced knowledge of paid social media channels including Google, Meta, and Bing
      - Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to generate insights and conduct market assessments
      - Proven track record of delivering results for clients, including raising brand awareness and driving demand
      - Bachelor's Degree

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with additional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube
      - Demonstrated knowledge of emerging trends in paid advertising
