      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support regulatory filings and licensing activities with Departments of Insurance and other regulatory bodies
      - Conduct detailed legal research and prepare concise summaries for attorney review
      - Manage the legal intake process for new matters, ensuring accurate setup in the legal matter management system
      - Review, draft, and edit contracts, NDAs, and other legal agreements
      - Provide support for corporate records, board resolutions, and subsidiary documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm, or 3 years in the property & casualty insurance industry
      - Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program preferred
      - Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legal research, and contract law
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
      - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Paralegal credential
      - Experience mentoring or guiding legal operations staff
      - Familiarity with legal systems such as Legal Tracker and SharePoint
