What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain global subsidiary records, organizational charts, and minute books
- Assist with deal diligence, document collection, and closing coordination for mergers and acquisitions
- Help prepare board and committee materials, maintaining corporate databases and governance documents
- Manage contract signatures, notarizations, and document retention
- Support special projects related to compliance, corporate structure, or process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in corporate, M&A, or securities work (in-house or law firm)
- Strong understanding of corporate entities and governance practices
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Discretion with sensitive information and exceptional organizational judgment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative work style
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
