      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a mentor and assist in the onboarding and training of new hires within the Business Unit
      - Collaborate with various levels of the business on assigned projects and deliverables
      - Perform quality control to validate submissions and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
      - Utilize auditing tools to conduct member investigations and identify opportunities for improvement
      - Create detailed and accurate documentation throughout the member investigation process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in healthcare
      - At least 2-3 years of experience with the employer’s systems recommended for internal candidates
      - Strong knowledge of Coordination of Benefits and healthcare industry practices
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

      - Experience working with large data sets and various databases
      - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both individual and team settings
      - Strong interest in auditing and business optimization
      - Familiarity with the employer's policies and external regulatory requirements
