What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, track, and execute the regional people experience strategy aligned with global objectives
- Design and deliver high-impact events, programs, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement
- Manage large-scale employee events, including parties, lectures, and family gatherings from start to finish
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to support Employee Resource Groups and internal communities
- Define and track KPIs to measure engagement and impact of programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in employee experience and/or events production
- Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale employee events and programs
- Background in the technology industry or a start-up environment
- Strong internal communication skills and experience working in a global team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a collaborative approach

- Experience working with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Creative mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure and attention to detail
