      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage employee relocations and international assignments, optimizing processes for efficiency
      - Lead visa and immigration cases, ensuring compliance and streamlining work authorization processes
      - Oversee contingent workforce onboarding and offboarding, enhancing cross-team coordination
      - Maintain data integrity in BambooHR and implement automation for improved reliability
      - Act as a strategic partner for employee support, leveraging data to enhance the employee experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Global Mobility, preferably in a fast-paced startup
      - Strong expertise in visa and immigration processes, including global relocation support
      - Experience managing work authorizations and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations
      - Familiarity with HR systems like BambooHR/ADP and their integrations
      - Strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service to employees

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in compliance and risk mitigation related to employment laws and data privacy regulations
      - Ability to develop reporting dashboards and analytics for leadership insights on people operations trends
