What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns with a focus on Paid Search and Paid Social
- Plan, build, monitor, and optimize campaigns, including ad copy creation and budgeting
- Proactively report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and clearly communicate performance to clients
- Stay updated on platform capabilities and media trends, providing recommendations beyond existing plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of agency or in-house performance marketing experience
- At least 3 years of full-time experience in paid search and paid social ad consoles
- 3+ years of experience in budget management, reporting, and analytics
- 3+ years of experience in campaign planning and activation across various channels
- 2+ years of experience with tagging platforms and tag implementation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience researching, auditing, and recommending conversion rate optimization (CRO) and/or SEO opportunities
- Familiarity with email acquisition and nurture strategies
