      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the permitting process for new site builds, modifications, small cells, and fiber-related projects from application through approval.
      - Serve as the primary liaison with municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies, addressing comments and resolving issues.
      - Monitor and communicate changes in permitting laws, ordinances, or processes that may impact project execution.
      - Maintain organized and accurate records of all applications, permits, and communications within the project database.
      - Identify permitting risks early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in urban planning, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
      - 3-5 years of permitting experience in telecommunications, utilities, or related infrastructure projects preferred.
      - Proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings and site plans required.
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and database tools.
      - Valid driver's license required for local permit submittals.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Google Earth and other mapping software preferred.
      - Experience interpreting zoning codes, building regulations, and environmental requirements.
