      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop principles for responding to financial and economic crises that advance worker and community justice
      - Create materials to advocate for these principles and explain sources of financial risk
      - Build support for crisis response principles within networks of partner organizations and policymakers
      - Write opinion pieces, blog posts, and white papers connecting various AFREF issues to broader justice policies
      - Organize a virtual speaker series to highlight emerging issues in finance and regulation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A commitment to racial and economic justice
      - At least 6 years of relevant experience in finance and financial regulation
      - Extensive policy analysis experience with innovative policy solutions
      - Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively in diverse contexts
      - Proven project management skills and ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders

      - Experience presenting to varied audiences and effective communication skills
      - Demonstrated strategic thinking and judgment in complex situations
      - Comfort working independently as well as cooperatively with colleagues and coalition members
