      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct legislative analysis and prepare briefing documents, testimony outlines, and talking points for agency leadership
      - Collaborate with other state agencies on shared legislative issues and draft recommendations for policy changes
      - Build and maintain relationships with legislative staff and government stakeholders
      - Manage the agency's Legislative Bill Tracker and ensure accurate bill updates
      - Assist with onboarding activities and deliver training to new hires

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (typically in Business)
      - 1-2 years of progressive work experience in a related role, or 4-6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
      - Strong policy analysis, research, and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with legislative processes and committee structures in Wyoming
      - Familiarity with communication tools such as Canva and content management systems
      - Training and facilitation skills for onboarding and professional development initiatives
      - Project management experience related to bill tracking and policy analysis
