      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage ad trafficking, including setting up orders and launching campaigns in the demand-side platform
      - Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as pacing, click-through rates, and ROI
      - Simplify complex information for partners and clients through effective communication
      - Provide regular status updates and performance reports based on business rules for partners and clients
      - Contribute ideas for business growth and assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years in ad operations, ad trafficking, or account management at a digitally focused ad agency, client, or media company
      - At least 3 years of experience working with clients or internal customers focused on data and performance conversations
      - Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon, or other ad serving technology
      - Intermediate to advanced skills with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
      - Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing complex, detail-oriented tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with e-commerce, shopping, and data feed management
      - Familiarity with digital production, design, digital ad tags, and/or creative specifications
      - Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
