Job Description
- Req#: 10165
- Develop and execute impactful PR and events activities to support P&O Cruises commercial priorities.
- Craft compelling stories, maintain strong media relationships, and support key PR and events projects and campaigns.
- Develop press materials, support the influencer strategy, and ensure KPIs are met.
- Coordinate and manage media events, press trips, and brand partner activations.
- A strong understanding of digital and traditional PR, social media, and influencers.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in managing influencer relationships and high-profile events.
- Competency with Microsoft Office products and budgeting/cost management.
- A well-connected black book of media and influencer contacts.
- Speaks up, shares ideas, and raises concerns.
- Flexible and agile around business requirements.
- Works collaboratively and creatively with others and keeps up to date with trends as well as rules and protocols.
- Communicates openly, honestly, and with clarity, and continuously seeks to learn and develop.
- Travel opportunities onboard P&O Cruises ships

Introduction

Role Overview
The P&O Cruises PR & events team is expanding and this new role within our busy and creative department offers the opportunity to travel onboard award-winning P&O Cruises ships whilst hosting top tier journalists, influencers and brand partners, and be a part of prestigious partnerships including the BAFTA TV Awards and Pride of Britain. The role will work closely with the wider team to deliver top tier media coverage across national, lifestyle, broadcast, trade media titles.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
