      As a key member of the strategic pricing team within Caseware’s commercial organization, the Pricing Manager is responsible for administering on-going company-wide pricing operations, supporting multi-disciplinary strategic pricing projects, and implementing new pricing processes, systems, and tools.


      Reporting to the Director of Pricing, the Pricing Manager manages a wide range of critical operational functions. The individual in this role should possess a strong quantitative aptitude, solid project management skills, and prior experience in a pricing-oriented role. The individual in this role works closely with internal business partners to define key pricing and commercial requirements, drive greater visibility into pricing considerations and outcomes, and guide sound pricing decision-making across the organization, consistent with established revenue/margin targets, strategic objectives, and the value of Caseware’s offerings.


      ❗Please note, that this role is hybrid. The successful candidate will be working from the office 3 days a week - Tue/Wed/Th. The head office is located at 351 King St E., Toronto, Ontario.

      What your will be doing:
      • Manage and maintain systems, reports, databases, models, and other tools used to set global list prices and determine subscription renewal pricing.
      • Work with product management, commercial, and finance partners to establish pricing, packaging, discounting, and commission models for new offerings, and manage the ongoing pricing of existing products and services based on the company’s growth objectives, changing market conditions, and competitive dynamics.
      • Ensure that field-facing pricing/quoting tools are aligned to standard global pricing models and local channel requirements across geographies.
      • Support the implementation of new system features/functions to automate and improve the efficiency of various pricing processes.
      • Review/analyze pricing performance data to assess and communicate progress against financial and strategic goals.
      • Work with pricing team members to manage pricing dashboards, as well as to track pricing, volume, and discounting trends by product line and across geographic territories.
      • Support the revenue operations organization in understanding key growth drivers and communicating findings to executive leadership.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, finance, marketing, commercial and revenue operations, customer success, and IT/systems teams to ensure pricing is aligned with key stakeholder requirements.
      • Support effective price communication across the organization.


      What you will bring:
      • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or other comparable business or applied science discipline.
      • MBA or prior experience in a SaaS organization a plus
      • 2-5 years of relevant experience in pricing, operations, finance, analytics, or corporate strategy-based role
      • Strong communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with practical experience in financial reporting and in the quantitative analysis of large datasets
      • Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in the use of analytics/BI tools and a working knowledge of Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
      • Team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented attitude
      • Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced, growing, global software company
