What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive requests and propose the best aircraft for trips, collaborating with partnered suppliers
- Understand trip needs and articulate options to meet individual requirements
- Strengthen and expand relationships with suppliers across the United States
- Manage contracts and negotiate terms to ensure exceptional service
- Take initiative to expand the department by engaging in additional responsibilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 2 years of experience as a private jet broker
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a private jet broker
- Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Familiarity with collaborative and transparent work environments
