- Streamlining project management and PMO processes (project controlling and portfolio management), and fostering widespread project management/portfolio tool adoption
- Facilitating workshops to understand pain points, root-cause analysis, and driving the co-creation of process improvements with team members and project managers
- Preparing improvement proposals, maturity assessment reports, and documentation for key stakeholders and the management team
- Driving the roll-out of process improvements, including communication and change management
- Owning the business product of our project portfolio management system, including identifying, prioritizing, and driving improvements and contingency planning
- Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leading and managing process optimisation and change management in an international setting
- Show proficiency in LEAN methodologies, Value Stream Maps, Kaizen, coupled with knowledge of GMP
- Exhibit strong presentation skills, the ability to engage people effectively, build trust in your relationships, and secure commitment from key stakeholders
- Display fluency in both spoken and written English

The positionAs Senior Process Excellence Manager, you will work on initiatives primarily focused on helping to improve our project management operating model (governance, processes, capabilities, tools).

You will join GCM Strategy and Business Development, a dynamic and highly engaged department, where we work to improve the tools and processes that will support how we set up external manufacturing for Novo Nordisk.
