      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Function as a liaison between the Procurement team and internal stakeholders
      - Manage high visibility and high-value programs
      - Procurement planning during the bidding phase
      - Source and prequalify vendors
      - Negotiate and finalize agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
      - Bachelor's degree plus 9 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Relevant purchasing experience in sourcing and negotiating contracts
      - Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
