What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and product features to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and reports for real-time product performance visibility
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for evaluating new features and product changes
- Present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders to influence product strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Looker or Omni, as well as product analytics platforms (Heap, Google Analytics)
- Proven track record of driving work independently and engaging proactively with business stakeholders
- Deep understanding of designing metrics for SaaS applications and solid statistical analysis skills for A/B testing
- Ability to present complex information clearly and professionally to stakeholders
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without stipulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with dbt and data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
- A software engineering mindset, including knowledge of git and testing
- Experience with surveys, including design, creation, maintenance, and analysis
- Experience with edtech analytics
