- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs
- Ownership of roadmap strategy and definition
- Proven achievements with impactful products and bold visions
- Data-centric with strong analytical skills
- Technical fluency to discuss architectural concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to influence senior leaders
- Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills
- MBA or master's degree

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead Amazon Music retention initiatives. This individual will lead core subscription and engagement retention activities that will significantly impact Amazon Music's growth. You will collaborate closely with WW Marketers, UX Designers, Legal, Finance, and senior leaders to define new initiatives and customer experiences. You will also drive your engineering team to develop the right customer experiences, conceive and manage retention initiatives, and continuously seek opportunities for product improvements.
This role involves owning and developing a clear product roadmap for customer retention, with a high degree of autonomy to set strategies and execute various initiatives throughout the year. You will also be responsible for managing APIs that support subscription renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, influential across stakeholder groups, and capable of developing long-term, impactful customer experiences. Excellent communication skills, data-driven decision-making, curiosity, ownership, and experience with A/B testing at scale are essential.
