What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead product activities from vision to roadmap to implementation
- Conduct usability studies and gather customer insights
- Define product roadmaps and coordinate with internal partners
- Champion voice-of-customer using research and data
- Evaluate technical solution designs to meet business requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in product management roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with multiple vendors and technical teams
- Understanding of how companies make money and systems thinking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Residential real estate brokerage knowledge is preferred
