- Provide insights through data analysis and clinical knowledge to enhance user experience
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to maximize product value
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Engineering background
- More than 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Strong technical and product knowledge, including release processes and feature statuses
- Ability to comprehend both the technical and clinical aspects of the product
- Excellent people and communication skills for training, support, and user engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector
- Familiarity with clinical guidelines and value propositions related to prenatal care
- Proven analytical skills for sharing insights with customers
- Previous experience in client-facing roles that involve training and support
- Willingness to travel to client sites for go-live events
